BTW, the PDF files didn't attach. RPCA is a non-binary newsgroup so all
attachments are stipped before the message is posted. Best just post the
text.

Just to let you know, the message above didn't have any attachments,
at least not when read on news.individual.net. Since
rec.pets.cats.anecdotes is designated as a text-only newsgroup, some
server may be stripping off any binary attachments. The best choice
will probably be to place the pdf file on a web server, then post the
URL used to retrieve the pdf file.
