I was just getting dinner, and left about a kilo of chicken on the bench
with the other dinner things while I fed the dogs. I was only outside for 30
seconds, but when I returned the chicken had mysteriously disappeared! I
checked the fridge, in case I'd absentmindedly put it back, but no chicken.
Surely the Gang of Orange must be behind this one; only their combined
efforts could have affected such a complete and mysterious disappearance.
Then I heard mysterious growling coming from my pantry, and opened up to
find Cougar in full leopard-with-a-gazelle mode, hunched over the chicken,
trying to figure out how to strip her prize from the plastic wrapper!
Bearing in mind that Cougar is the smallest of my six, weighing in at under
1.24kg, and is the small, frail looking end of the meezer scale. How she
managed that, I really wonder! And she gave me such a look! Mean Meowmie
taking away my gazelle! And this after all week of desperately training the
gang to stay off my benchtops!!!

She really was ambitious, given that the chicken package was almost as
big as she was!

It was!! She would have eaten herself sick on it if I'd let her!! the others
definitely weren't getting any!! She sounds exactly like a Cougar when she
growls.....
