I found this video-clip of a Cat that seems motivated to talk. Whatever
it is the cat is saying, it is awfully cute.

Yep, Persia does this when she spots the birds on my patio feeder or a
squirrel scrounging for leftovers under the feeder. It's very cute!

Mine chirp almost like a tweet chatter of a meow
A squirrel sits right in their bay windows and chatters at them all of them
start talking. I will have to break out the camcorder next time.

I was thinking bird or another cat. Spicey snaps to attention and goes
from window to window, but rarely makes a sound.
