I *am* going to be in Houston.  This is gonna be one hell of a trip.  John
had me just forget about the return flight from St. Louis even though it's
paid for (by him, not me).  We're going to drive almost 900 miles (yikes!)
from Highland, IL to Houston together.  Well, there's a test of a
relationship for you... together in a large truck filled with paintings for
845 miles :)

When we talked late last night he said "Oh, about that 850,000 mile
drive..." (laughing)  "...we are going to have fun, don't you worry about
it.  We'll stay in motels along the way."  Like I was worried about it LOL
He's the one who didn't believe it was that far of a drive.  Uh, sweetie,
don't you trust me and my handy dandy computer? <G>

Anyway, I'm flying out of Houston Hobby to Memphis on the 19th.  Was
originally the 18th but then yesterday he said how about you change it to
Tuesday instead?  So there I go calling travelocity again to change the
reservation.

Oh man, Persia is gonna be mad at me!  She'll be boarded from 10/5 through
10/20!  Poor baby :(  I had to have them reassure me they do take her out of
the cage and play with her and let her get some exercise.  I was assured
they do.  Good, because I couldn't stand it otherwise.

Anyway, maybe we can meet for a cuppa something before I have to head back
home.
