And we're away for a few days (travelling Tuesday morning, not back
until Sunday afternoon), so likewise from us.

Thanks!

I've been dragging, a bit. This August, I went to a single adult meeting
that my church hosts. Met a very nice woman there. She walks with a cane,
bad knees. As we were talking, she happened to mention that she has
"abandonment issues". Also some depression, and is on meds. She lives about
3 1/2 hours drive from me, which is a long haul, but can be done.

I went out ot visit her at church the one day, and then out a couple more
times. The last time (emphasis on LAST) out, she thought she heard me say
something which I most definitely did not say. I called the next day to say
I got home safely and her Mom told me not to call back. Hmm. Didn't even
bother to ask what I'd actually said. Abandonment issues? Yah, you're the
one doing it, get the picture?

So, many thanks for your good wishes.
