Anecdotes, anecdotes

So many anecdotes, so little time.

Shmogg, IBKFergus, Fluffy, Cary & Joel continue to interact with each other
and me in amusing, amazing and awe-inspiring ways, and I wish I had the time
to share them all with you. I'm writing the incidents down in note form in
the vague hope that I'll get some time to turn them into proper anecdotes,
one of these fine days. But I don't think its going to be soon. I don't get
much time on the computer at home these days, and the times I do get are
always too short to write properly (and Cary likes nothing more than to
'help' type too, these days). At work, I'm kept busywith actual lab work
down in the 'dungeon' they call my laboratory, so I can't spend days sitting
on my office computer 'pretending' to be busy typing away when what I'm
actually typing is cat stories rather than reports. (Ah, those were the
days!)

So I just wanted to assure you that nothing bad has happened, and the lack
of anecdotes is nto because suddenly my family has turned normal or sane.
Far from it. I just haven't had the time to relate the stories, not because
they've stopped happening.

Shmogg is still a b*st*rd c*t, Cary is getting cuter & cheekier by the day,
Fluffy still only has one brain cell, IBKFergus is still clinically insane
(and trying to take over the world with Cary as her opposable thumb device)
and Joel is still, well Joel. I'm getting older, greyer, fatter and blinder
and busier than than ever. Life is good, although like a whirlwind, and
unfortunatley that doesn't leave much time for reading RPCA, let alone
writign for it. But you're still in my thoughts, and 'one day' I'll get all
this stuff down on paper, err, hardrive.

Glad to know that life is going so well for you! That's a good reason
to be away from the newsgroup.

Thank you so much for the update, Vicky, I loved reading it!
Wishing the very best to you and your family,
