Somewhere in the middle of last night, I woke up, and wondered,
sleepily, why the back of my midriff was rumbling with a noise like a
cat purr. I could both hear and feel the vibration. After thirty
seconds or so, I had awakened enough to realize that the sound really
was the cat purring; I was both hearing and feeling the sound because
she was curled up against the small of my back, under the blankets.

Trippy, ain't it?
If I put my hand on DP's back and Tyche is purring on the other side, I
can feel the rumbling go right through him.
