Last night the boys were restless, so I got out the laser pointer and
got them going with that for a few minutes, until they settled into the
"We'll watch it mom, but we're not going to chase it" phase.
Nevertheless, they were still keyed up. Pippin was by the front door
facing the wall, about 6 inches from the wall (paws in my shoe), and
Mithu was about 10 feet behind him, facing away from me, hunkered down
as flat as he could get. I was behind both of them in the kitchen.
The tension was thick, like a cheesy film noir metaphor....
Then,
.
.
.
I "tooted" (broke wind, farted, passed gas, you get the idea)
A gun shot would not have startled the cats more. Pippin had no where
to go but straight up, where he did a mid-air spin and took off into
the living room. Mithu tried to go in two opposite directions at the
same time, and spun out on the kitchen floor.
I almost wet myself laughing at them. Ah the joys of pregnancy...
Cheers,
Caroline S.

Aww, the Scent Master around here is Dante. You know, kitten farts.
Silent, but very deadly. :P
