I'm getting really PO'd with this vet's office! After saying they got the
blood to the lab late yesterday and told me to call for results today at
10:30 - now they say their printer is down and they have to go get a printer
cartridge before they can get the results read. I have to call back at
4:00! :<

I should have just spent the extra money and taken her to my regular vet's
office (if I had suspected it was something other than round worms I would
have, and still might if I can get DH to approve the credit card charge!).

Gimme a break. Even if they can't print it, why can't they just look on
the screen to see the results, and tell you about it on the phone??

I wondered the same thing, but they kept putting me on hold for loooooong
stretches every time I asked even the simplest question, and I finally got
tired of waiting and just said OK and hung up. I want to wait for the print
out and then pick it up so I can bring it to my regular vet.
