One of Lilys christmas presents from Claire who babysat her over
Christmas, was a catnip furry/felt mouse that squeaked realistically
when Lily bit it. Only Claire didn't tell me it sqeaked when she droped
it off with Lily.

Last night, Madam Mischief was playing with her sqeaky mouse. Pandora
heard a "squeak", and she suddenly shot up out of her chair, eyes as
wide as saucers, whiskers and ears forward with a "WOAH! We have a MOUSE
in the HOUSE!"

Pandora is an exceptional huntress - she catches everything from mice,
to birds to lizards to snakes. She went nuts for this mouse. She grabbed
it off Lily, and beat the holy hell out of it. It squeaked manically.
She killed it some more. She started to get seriously pissed off when it
refused to die so gave it back to the kitten so she could try. By that
time, Tiger and Cleo had appeared. 4 cats spent 2 hours trying to kill a
mouse that wouldn't die. They eventually all got pissed off and walked
off in disgust. Lily continued to try and kill it...

Best toy ever!

It sounds great - do you know the manufacturer?

And you know, if you take it away when they're not looking, and bring it
out again next week, they'll all start all over again.  :-)
