top or bottom post

I don't care if any one post on the top or bottom. I think the confusion can
be if you top post and it has no space between the new post and what was
said before. Maybe leaving a space at the bottom of the new post to seperate
it from what was said before would help.

A definitive discussion of quoting practices is found at

I'm not sure why that chapter is included in "The Jargon File", but it
is.  Be aware that "The Jargon File" itself is a *huge* time sink.
