... than to watch "Animal Precinct" on Animal Planet, *especially* when I'm already depressed. They were telling the story just now of a kitten who was thrown from a 3rd story balcony. She had multiple fractures (both back legs and her pelvis among others) and was still so sweet and gentle when they were laying her out for x-rays, even though she had to be in horrible pain. I'm *so* hoping this story has a happy ending. Gawd, I really, really hate the human race at times! The cat had been abused for a long time - all of her young life. They euthanized her.
