Teti is my three years old Devon Rex boy, living with me and his mother,
Tinùviel.
He has really started to become a wise old cat, despite his young age. I'll
explain why I think so: Last night I woke up with an intense feeling that I
had to visit the bathroom. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, so I
stepped out of the bed. Teti, who had been sleeping between my legs, woke
up, too, and decided to follow me. He always does that, he thinks it's a
part of his job around here. His mother, laying next to him, didn't bother
at all.
So I headed on through the living room towards the bathroom with Teti two
steps ahead. Just before we reached our goal, he suddenly stopped and sat
down on the floor. At this particular place it is not very easy to get
around him, it's quite narrow, so I asked him to move out of the way. He
didn't. I just had to step over him... And suddenly I found out why he had
stopped me. When I put my bare foot down on the floor, I felt something wet.
I looked down, and what did I see? The guy had thrown up right there!
Nothing more serious than a tiny hairball, but anyway...
So he had tried to warn me: "Take another look before you take your next
step!" And I didn't understand him... Ok, I went to the bathroom, did my
thing there, and went back to clean up the mess while I said a lot of nice
things to him (true!) Then we went back to bed, he curled up nicely on my
chest, and I fell asleep again in about 30 seconds... Next time I will be
more careful when he tries to warn me against upcoming dangers :-)
He is such a dream!

As I was reading this I was anticipating what would come next in the story.
What I thought is inserted in the original below :)

and peed all over poor Teti!

*ROFL* Thank you, Pat!
Not an impossible ending to the story, for sure! I promise that I will tell
you if this ever happens :-D
