Ooop - now you've gone & done it: I can't get Mimi away from the monitor to
pay my bills... every time I try to go to my banking website, she cries cuz
she can't see Her Sweet Boyfriend, so I have to leave a small window with
his pic in it opened - but that means she's on my desktop and blocking my
own view of the screen - not sure but I think I just sent our mortgage
payment to the phone company! (Just kidding, of course)

Thank you, I think he's rather nice too!

It's because I have at least three problems:
1. There is only one of me: which leads to
2. If anything needs doing here, it's me that has to do it plus go to work,
my feet hardly seem to touch the floor sometimes..
3. There are only 24 hours in a day and I seem to be only able to stay up
for 18 of them ;-)

Winter is particularly difficult. 15 chicken drinkers frozen solid is no
fun to sort out before leaving for work, a 50 minute journey.
More pics will come as the weather improves, the day length gets longer and
I have more time.
Some people are never satisfied ;-)

Boyfie says he is very flattered, Mistletoe, but he is spoken for, he
already has an American girlfriend, Mimi, and he's a faithful sort of chap.
If she ever decides to dump him he will get in touch, but he's happy as he
is right now.

Lovely pictures. I love that Boyfriend! The pic of him on the garden
path with flowers is just gorgeous and worthy of a desktop. In the pic
where you are holding him, as he seems to want to get down is just the
way my Djoser is. Everytime I pick him up, he seems to ooze downward!
He is a loving cat; but doesn't like being picked. But he is gentle
about oozing downward, as if he is tolerating me. ;-) Boyfriend has
the same look on hiis face.

I know that look! It's saying, "Ah, the ground - so inviting! I so
wish I were on the ground. I remember and long for those days when I
used to be on the ground..."

Betty uses me like a taxi, so there are times and places when she
wants to be picked up, and times where she wants to be put down. I'll
sometimes use her like a divining rod, taking her to various places
like the cat tree, food bowl, bed, etc., while being alert to changes
in purr level.
