Can't say i blame her though
i send her to school where she is poked and prodded, then i bring her
home and a week an a half later i ABANDON her at my friends apartment.
Well i picked her up this evening after i flew back from visiting my
family. Imp and Mischief get picked up tomorrow since they are at the
clinic.
Mayhem i thought would be happy to see me. Turns out she had spent the
entire two days under my friend's bed nad would not come save to use
the litterbox or eat/drink. My friend didn't even hear a sound out of
her, and had to keep checking under the bed with a flashlight.
Mayhem started crying when i arrived but i had to move the bed to grab
her. I put her back into the carrier, and i'm on my way out when i
smell it
She had peed in the carrier
I quickly run into the kitchen scruff her and pull her out and dump the
puddle of urine into the sink. (well i had to dump it somewhere) Then
my friend hels her while i cleaned out the carrier. but there was
urine all over her paws and tummy and tail. ewwww. And it's on my
hands and the carrier still stinks so i had to smell it all the way
home.
So long story short i get her up to my apartment where my roomie had
already filled the sink with water. I pull her out again and proceeded
to dunk her paws and tummy into the sink while my roomie washed her
paws and tail. They still stink a tiny bit but she smells a LOT
better. we dried her off the best we could
Now she is scurrying about the apartment pausing to clean her tail and
paws free of this icky stuff called WATER.
Poor thing. Hope she forgives me and still comes and visits me in bed.
oh well.
Imp and Mischief are coming home with me after work, and if time
permits they both are also getting baths.
Wish me luck,
Kristi

Be very careful, and keep a close eye on the cats when you bring the other
two home. It's possible you may need to do a re-introduction. You might
also want to consider putting a dab of vanilla on each cat and rub each one
with the same towel. (The idea is to have a similar scent on each cat to
reduce the possibility of friction.)

Poor Mayhem really has had a time of it. Poor baby. I hope all goes well
from here out.
