After stuffing ourselves on *two* Christmas dinners (one at MIL's and one at
my mothers'), we decided that the furkids should get a Christmas Dinner of
their own:
The cats shared in a couple of the small cans of gooshey food, but not all
of the *like* the gooshey food (Lizzie, for one, even though she did show
interest in it while I doled it out, she wouldn't eat it) so some dry was
put out for them as well - except for Ping, who decided he wanted to go play
with the kids (kittens), which is fine since he gets the gooshey poops when
he eats the gooshey food :D
Max got some leftover steak from Outback Steakhouse (DH & I dined out Friday
evening), some leftover chicken (also from Outback), and even some baked
potato (he *likes* baked potatoes)
All around it was a day for overeating in our household!

Wheeee!
Persia got a pouch of gooshy turkey giblets & gravy and took a nap with me
while my dinner cooked.
When I was married I *hated* the holidays. It wasn't enough to eat dinner
with his parents and then my parents. No. Oh no! In his family, you had
to go to the grandparents' house... both of them. Also to the aunt's house.
Also to the uncle's house. And had to pretend to be hungry for more turkey
at every meal. Have some more mashed potatos and you don't have enough
gravy! Five meals in one day starting around 10:30AM... didn't any of these
people ever hear of breakfast? OMG! Is it any wonder I no longer cook
turkey? LOL
