Hey gang. Rob and I will be at a cancer retreat Friday and Saturday.
So don't be surprised if your email bounces, my smart mouthed comments
aren't posted, and I complain because you all posted so much. Please
ignore my not so friendly stalker, and kill file him after posting fruit
oriented recipes. I'm figure if I'm not here he'll come out and play.
So be warned.

Oh boy, I'm looking forward to the fruit recipes - fruit is the only sweet I
can have anymore!

Hope it's a good trip - and I promise to do my part not to take the
traffic over 1000 mew messages LOL. As for the troll, heck I think the
regulars here look forward to an excuse to trade recipes.

Oh, yes. Poor Karen had to start a whole new thread to ask for recipes.
We obviously need more trolls!

I just had some fruit salad, one serving with cottage cheese and one with
really great youghurt - but that's not really a recipy, is it? Bono is
having his dinner on the desk and says fruit is not that good, would you
like some ideas about canned cat food or tuna or something instead?
