He's a very serious semi-pro in that he's had some work published, but
he doesn't do it for a living. He was just fiddling about with his new
camera and considers them "snapshots"!!!

By profession, he's a Royal Marine. His usual type of work is to portray
a series of events. Sort of along the lines of "a day in the life". He
carries his camera where-ever he goes and just, as he puts it, pulls it
out at oportune moments to get a "snapshot of the moment". His porfolio
of when he was last in Iraq is quite something else, and makes very sad
viewing - it's pretty powerful stuff. There's one picture that is
particularly graphic, and very powerful, of a dog sitting on a dead body
of a woman with a crying child next to it, surrounded by rubble and it
just makes you want to cry.

It's nice to see that she's grown into her ears finally.

Yeah - I must admit that we toyed with the name "Yoda" for a while. Now
we've just nicknamed her "piglet"! ;o)
