Christmas cards have been written out for more than a week, but owing to
illness I haven't been able to get them in the post.  This may remain
the case.

Don't worry about it.. Make sure you get well, and send the cards when you
can (even if thats october next year - it will be a nice surprise fro
everyone to get a card for no particular reason!). You've got a duty to stay
well so taht the barekitten you are baking has the best chance of being well
too.
