May I have purrs for a dear friend's cat?

My dear friend KK in Indiana e-mailed me that her baby Adolph is not
well.  He is not eating, had a fever of 104, was hospitalized, and is
being given fluids and force-fed :-(  The vet thinks it may be
pancreatitis, but is not sure.

Adoph is a very funny little cat, who KK calls her "social secretary",
as he's the one who comes up and greets all visitors.  He is a cutie.
I can't remember how old he is, but he isn't a youngster.  He's a
black and white beauty with a sweet personality.

Any purrs that Adolph will recover and be well would be very much
appreciated.

Thank you all!

Ginger-lyn

(KK runs a no-kill shelter for cats and d*gs, and tirelessly works to
rescue all kinds of animals, as well as helping take care of the feral
park cats colony some of you may remember.)

Purrs for Adolph. It could just be a minor infection. That happened to SUgar
once. The fluids fixed her up. I hope it is as easily cured for Adolph.

Purrs x 5 and gentle headbutts on the way for Adolph and KK. Hopefully
this will be something easily treated rather than something requiring
surgery.

Shhhh -- yes, he does.  Wicked sense of humor in naming him.  But he's
a very, very sweet boy :-)

He is hanging in there, no worse, no better.  She got a second
opinion, and that doc is thinking some sort of intestinal infection.
Another of her babies, Magic, is not doing well, either, so any purrs
you can spare for Magic, too, would be deeply appreciated.

Thank you all!

Ginger-lyn

PS KK is short for her hyphenated last name, btw.

Many, many purrs for both Adolph and Magic, and good thoughts and
vibes for KK.  Keeping fingers and paws crossed for the best possible
outcome.  Let us know??

Of course I'm sending purrs for poor Adolph.  Hope he recovers and
it's nothing serious.
But I just have to mention that I'm scratching my head over naming a
cat Adolph, especially when one's own name is KK ;-)
