Just wondering how Frank has been today? We're all purring mightily for him. Frank has, indeed, been very perky today. It's as if he understood what the vet was saying to me yesterday and wanted to show me he is fine. When i came ghome today, he even jumped onto the kitchen table and inspected my grocery bags, which he hasn't done for ages. But it's heartbreaking how thin he is, and he might very well be suffering and not showing me. The mere fact that he had lost 300 grams (from 2.8 kg to 2.5 kg) since October is a pretty clear indication of how his body is deteriorating. He is eating well, but it just doesn't stick. I've been through this (in the days before subq fluids) with Aries, so I think of you & Frank every day, because I know just how hard saying goodbye is going to be: 12 years on (in 17 days time) and it still hurts like h*ll sometimes.
