Miss Lilly Whiskers got her first lot of kitten shots and her microchip
today.
When she got to TED's she was cuddled at length by the vet nurse who
first treated her, and Susan, the vet who initally patched her up when
she was so ill, was the vet who gave her shots. She was chuffed to bits
to see her so well and happy.
Lilly has put on weight from 0.55kg, to 1.1kg (so she now weighs all of
2.4lbs, LOL!) and she was given a completely clean bill of health. She
is a happy, healthy, normal kitten.
Lilly is going to be staying with a work colleague for 6 days over Xmas
so that she doesn't have to go into kennels with the other cats when I
go to DC (I think at 10 weeks she is too young) and she is currently
meatloafing and purring up a storm for all the kitties who need purrs at
the moment. :o)
Just thought you'd like to know :o)
