Yule have to excuse me, I'm not sure what day it is I don't wanna miss the party...I somebody stuck a bird in the oven I am Thankful for friends. I'm thankful that those who were lost are now found. I'm thankful that my family all survived Katrina and that we're all here to celebrate Thanksgiving this year. We were in Alaska, I was homesick and I sat there and cried the whole time. Which I'm sure he really enjoyed - not. My family is spread all over the U.S. so we usually spend holidays with my hubby's mother's SO's family. It's not even his. Every time we go, we're expected to cook the bird because my hubby does it best (on the smoker). Uh uh. Not this year. This year it's going to be just him and me, the bird and some side dishes. No driving 3 hours one way just to get "invited" to cook. What a relief! kili > I'm really looking forward to ours. We'll be at home alone.
