Ooops, I said Persia was being too clingy.  She must have read the ng, so
she spent the night curled up on the afghan on the couch.  I woke up - you
see what time it is in the US?  Not yet 4AM.  I spent the entire night in
bed alone!  I woke up and called to her a couple of times but she was too
comfy/cozy on the couch to bother to move.

I think I now know what a woman scorned feels like when her husband stays
away from the bed all night! LOL  It's winter and I want Persia to snuggle
with me... she's a great little soft furry purring heater :)

LOL!  Lately Rita has been coming in to wake me up (she has long since
abandoned the idea of sleeping with me - I'm a violent sleeper).  She
meows and meows until I sit up.  Then she meows until I get into the
bathroom, where she wanders around and meows until I stumble down the
hallway. Then she disappears and settles down in the windowsill to
watch the world go by.

She has plenty of food, that wasn't it. She just wants to watch out
the front window, at the same time she HAS to be in the same room
that I'm in!  So she has to get me up so SHE can look out the window!
