Lilly went to the TED this afternoon. It seems that the end of her tail
hasn't lost its skin/degloved as such, it is just so very sore and it's
thicker scar tissue than you'd normally get. The vet said keep a close
eye on it, and if it doesn't heal then they'll remove a tiny portion of
her tail to make it heal.

He also said that her eye wound (where the eye was removed) was a little
weepy, so if it continued they may have to operate to just tidy it up,
but it was probably being irritated by the stitches. He removed them,
and so *hopefully* it sould now clear up.

*AND* we clipped her claws. My legs now have blessed relief, LOL!!

Thanks for all the purrs.

Bless her heart, it sounds lots more positive!  Glad for your legs, too!

that is cautiously good news! I sure hope that it heals without amputating.

Glad she survived the TED without anything too awful having to be done to
her.  And enjoy the peace while you can.  Kitten claws grow back very fast.

I'm very glad to hear it. I don't really know how quickly claws grow, but
I'm sure she'll have a nice fresh sharp set by the time she moves to
Germany. ;o)

I'm so glad to hear this.  She's a little fighter, that one.

Bless her little tabby fur, she's still in the wars isn't she? It's lucky
she's got you to keep an eye on her.

Lots and lots of purrs and best wishes that both the tail and the eye
wound heal without surgery,

Huge massive purrs coming to our intrepid young Lily Wiskers.  Purr, purr,
purr that she heals well now that those stitches have been removed.
