Did you and yours make it through yesterday's rough weather ok?
Louisville TV kept going on and on about all the funnel clouds and
tornado warnings up your way.

Fortunately for folks in my area, we got the lightning, we got the
strong winds, we got boatloads of rain, but we didn't get any twisty
clouds...

We had tons of rain (I don't think I want to look in our basement).  I spent
the majority of the day with my mother in Bedford (25-30 miles to the south
of where I live), and on the way home, I heard a tornado alert for the
western part of our county (I was only about 5 minutes from the house).
When I pulled into the drive, the city tornado alarm went off, about that
time DH called me on the cell phone and told me to park right next to the
house (we have allot of older trees in the yard), and that he was on his way
home as well.  No sooner had I gotten into the house, and he was calling me
again, on the house phone this time, to unlock the front door so he could
dash in as quick as possible (it was raining buckets again), so I did so.
The siren was *still* going off.  We tuned into an Indy TV station and
logged into the NWS  and kept watch.  We cracked a few windows open so that
we could hear the siren (house has thick walls).

About that time the siren stopped.

About 15 minutes into dinner (about an hour or so after we got home), the
sirens went off again, and did so a couple more times in the evening, and
every time we did, we tuned into an Indy station and check - and every time
the stuff was all around us, but nothing right where we are.

And today there is *snow* floating down!!!

ARGH!!!!
