Tonight Dulce Mae took the next step towards being a housecat (she was
abandoned a few years back, and we had to train her back into being an
indoor cat).
As I was making the bed, she started in with the "must protect the bed
from the evil bedsheets" behavior.
She jumped and pounced and squeezed all the greebles out of the fitted
sheet. When I popped out the flat sheet, she squeezed even more
greebles out of it!
Finally, she practically rolled herself up in the bed spread, and
meowed plaintively that the greebles had her captured. I was laughing
so hard, that it took me a minute or two to actually untangle her.
She then laid into that bedspread for all she was worth, and killed
all the remaining greebles for us.
Dulce Mae is SUCH a good girl!
