Buster has taken to lying under Senyah's red sweater lately.

Senyah doesn't mind this, as it usually menas that he hasn't noticed
her dinner. Sometimes, his nose wakes him up, but usually he sleeps
through Senyah's dinner when he's under the sweater.

Tonight, I fixed a couple of steaks, and some french fries.

I was bring Senyah her dinner, and announced "A big ol' slice of
horsemeat for Sissy!"

Buster immediately stuck his head out, stared at her plate, and said
"Meow?!?"

I told him, "It isn't really horsemeat - go back to sleep."

And he did! He stuck his head back under the sweater, snuggled up
against Senyah's leg, and started snoozing again.

Now I wonder if he chased down horses when he was in the wild (big
grin).

Hugs and Purrs,
Mark

good to know I'm not the only one who talks to cats...and the cats
understand. I told Jasmine off the other day for not cleaning her tail, and
lo and behold she immediately sat down and started washing it!

The longer they live with you, the more they understand.  MLB

we've had her for not even six months, and she did it nearly straight away.
she bonded very quickly with us and just laps up affection. which she gets
plenty of-the boys are incensed at me daring to lock puss puss away from
them. my youngest just follows her around adoring her, when she eats, he
squats next to her watching intently, and if she lies down, he lies down
next to her and cuddles her. she is 'his' cat, and he won't hear otherwise
from anyone! :^) we need more cats...
