I Like Kedgeree. There's an infinite number of variations (of course) but
the one I know uses chunks of smoked fish, chopped boiled eggs and fried
onions mixed into curried rice. The 'curry' I like is Keen's mild Indian
curry, but you could easily use Thai or Malaysian style curries as well.

I haven't ever tried smoked fish. I'll have to get some of that too.
