Just popping in here briefly as a break from Real Life; hope to be back more
when I can but I have to tell you all this:
Last week we had a whole pineapple ripening on our counters and Tucker
discovered it. He was in love; he's a very "chewy" cat always has to chew
on things and he had a wonderful (!) time chewing on each pointed pineapple
leaf all week. Every morning he would jump up on the counter first thing so
he could have a good chomp on those leaves.
Unfortunately, meowmie sacrificed the pineapple to serve it for dinner last
night and you should've seen how Tucker kept looking for it!
So...I just went out and bought another one....for Tucker. I'm such a
sucker! I must get piccies of this.
Christine
P.S. Purrs for everyone's kitties who need them; I'm sorry to have gotten
so behind. Please know ya'll are in my thoughts even if I'm not able to be
here.

What a good slave you are! Maybe you should plant a pineapple for
Tucker. They're supposed to be very easy to propagate and grow from
the leafy tops.

That's actually a really good idea, Tak! Wonder how well it'd grow in our
area (Albuquerque) but I might give it a try.

"I bought my cat a pineapple" would be a great song title.

lol! Sounds like Tucker must be Silver's soulmate... she's a
chewaholic and nothing's safe from the jaws of death...

LOL! You're such a good slave! Caliban's always chewing on stuff, too,
but I think he is losing his last baby teeth.

One day I was eating canned pineapple and my cat back then (Kitty
Litters) wanted some. I gave her a piece and she didn't like it at
all! Never asked for another piece...
