and into tomorrow, according to the radar map on CNN. Thank God, it will
cool us off a bit, finally.
I was so glad to hear that it did a lot less damage than was anticipated
down south.

Glad you are getting the benefit of some needed rain. I don't think we
are going to get any, as was first thought. We do have this beautiful,
weird dark cloudy haze to the southeast, which I'm sure is from Rita.
I was also *so* happy that the damage was far less than estimated.
Particularly Galveston. It is one of my favorite places.

We had tornado watches through early this morning. It's now raining with
chances of thunderstorms most of today and tomorrow and flash flood watches.
It's only supposed to get up to 80F today so that's a good thing.
I'm glad Rita's category was downgraded before she made landfall, otherwise
things could have been really ugly.
