I accidently marked the group "caught up" before I could reply. Have
you put any more thought into adopting that gorgeous GS mix? I would
love to have a dog. Not a loud yippy one, but I love the big, gentle
dogs like the one you're eyeing is. :) How do you think Bootsie would
react?

I pondered too long. Someone else adopted her yesterday. :-(
But that's okay. It was a woman who got her. I don't think she liked
men very much and was glad she went to a female.
Boots had a really weird relationship with the Happy dog. She would
purr, purr purr and rub, rub rub all over him. Then about the time he
let his guard down, she'd smack him across the face. He never did
learn, and I think she got some perverse satisfaction out of that.

Aww, I'm sorry! But it sounds like she went to a good home. Maybe
another special d*ggie will come along soon.

The more I hear about Bootie girl, the more of a character she
seems to be. :)
