Today is Senyah's birthday. Never mind which one - she's only 21, with a 1952 birthdate. We have another anniversarry coming up in a week, too. I took her out to Red Lobster for dinner. As I was lowering the blinds, I saw that Buster was approaching the door. Now, he doesn't like to stay in, with us gone, so I told him we'd be back in a little while. When we got back two hours later, the first thing I did was check for Buster. He was lying in the weeds under a tree, near our window. His chin was on one of the logs used as a border. The look on his face was miserable. Poor baby, he practically leaped into my arms when I reached down to get him, and he started purring up a storm, right away. In fact the pickey little beggars only like freshly thawed cooked large shrimp hand minced, not the fairly inexpensive little bay shrimps. Jo |
