This site belongs to a friend of a friend. She's rescuing some strays
and getting everyone (kittens, mom cat, and the most likely dad).

Take a look:

That should say, "...getting everyone (etc, etc) *spayed and neutered*.

No kidding. It is heartening to see someone "speutering" and being
responsible. This morning I awoke disgusted to the news that someone in town
here had 146 cats in their basement. They started with FOUR. FOUR
unspeutered cats that have turned into 146 over two years. I could just cry.

Tell your friend we appreciate her being SOOOOO good to these cats and
kittens and doing what is right for them.

What darling kitlets! I'm a sucker for tuxies. Pity I'm clear across the country
or I'd have half a mind to get another kitty for the growing family. Tell your
friend Brava! What a great thing she's doing.

Baha
Blessed be!

LOL! I love the term speutered. Says it all. :o) Cute cow-coloured kittens
and parents.

Alright, but how is it pronounced? Is it like "neutered", ie, "spoo-tered"?
Or is it "spew-tered"? I hear it in my head as the latter.

I say 'neutered' as 'new-tered', actually :) Aren't accents fun?

So do I. But maybe we say "new" differently? I say "noo". Maybe you
say "nyoo"?

Woo! This reminds me of Mad Gab. That game is hilarious! The first
time I ever saw it was last Christmas, my brother and his family
brought it over to our parents where we had Christmas dinner. I was
out of the room when they started playing but walked back in to
everyone talking weird. After I peeked at the back of the card and
saw the solution, then looked at the front of the card I saw why
everyone was talking so strangely and I absolutely broke down
laughing so hard. I think part of it was emotional release because
it was the holidays and it was so hard, but that game released many
emotions in me all coming out in laughter.  I still laugh when I
think about how funny they were talking.

Tell her she is AWESOME!!!  The first thing I thought when I looked
at that site and saw the first picture was "A BUNCH OF SHAMROCKS
AND A BONNIE AND A SHADOW!!"

I'm always so happy to see these rescues. Every single unspayed
mama cat that is finally allowed to retire from baby-making makes a
difference in the big picture.
