I went to see Sadie today,  took her my old shirt.  She started sucking on
it as soon as i gave it to her.  Then she started running around the room
and scratching everything then she would come up and lay by me again and
give me the loudest purr you'd ever heard.  I didn't get to stay long though
just 15 minutes or so.  So when i went to leave I had to leave her in the
bedroom, where my mom is keeping her till she gets used to things,  I walked
in the kitchen to tell my mom goodbye.  Then all of a sudden you hear a
horrible sceam like something is hurt and we run to the bedroom and sadie is
sticking her paw under the door and just whining as loud as she can to get
out.  I felt so bad.  She has Tessa to keep her company and Tessa is doing
just fine.  Mom says its like she doesn't even realize theres been a change.
I had to give up two of them and no one wanted ginger or max cause they are
older and i wasn't about to take them to the pound but if sadie doesn't
start feeling better soon I don't know what i'm going to do.  I think I miss
her as much as she misses me.  I'm just handle it better and i'm better at
hiding my emotions.  My mom loves her to death and gives her all kinds of
attention.  But Sadie wants nothing to do with her or anyone else.  Thanks
for the purrs to help her adjust.  I'm afraid she's gonna need kitty prozac
soon for her depression if she doesn't start getting better

She'll get better. I promise. I'm really certain she just needs more time.

Poor Sadie.  Why don't you just take Sadie back and give Ginger or Max to
your mom?

Sandpaper kisses, a cuddle and a purr. I have an alarm clock that's covered
in fur!

That is the saddest thing I have read in awhile. Poor Sadie wants her
meowmie. I am sending many purrs and prayers for Sadie to adjust to
her new meowmie.

Poor baby. I'm pretty sure she will adjust, it just takes a little longer
than with Tessa. This may sound cruel, but maybe it would be better if you
didn't visit her for a while? Give her a chance to forget you were her human
and let her bond with your mother instead? It will be hard to stay away, I
know, but it might help her settle down. Purrs for you all.
