Yesterday was the very last day I could get Arthur's distemper booster
without having to start all over again. Luckily, the same Dr. Beer
and staff were at Petco, and my kind ex-husband was willing to run us
over there to do this, plus pick up food and litter. And then run me
to Target to pick up folding chairs for my business, and then run me
to the grocery store, and . . . what a patient guy.
Arthur was a doll, and everyone in the store went "Awwwww" when they
saw him. The vet was very happy to see his gums now looking a healthy
pink. :-)
The little guy was in a home-made carrier for nearly 2-1/2 hours while
we ran our errands. He meowed once when we started out, and after
that, simply sat, looked around, groomed himself, and even took a
little nappy while we travelled about. What a patient little guy!
All done, complete with a case of "Fancy Feast" for Arthur, we arrived
home, and he promptly took his favorite spot on top of the
cat-scratching pole, and slept off his long ordeal, looking like a
little angel.

Yep, it's the Little Stinker ;-) He actually is a pretty good boy,
except for the fact that he thinks other cats' tails are very fun
tails, and needless to say, the other (all older cats) are *not*
amused with this idea.
