I caught up with Britta and Dennis here in Purrth on Sunday
morning. They picked me up from my house and met Arthur cat even
before they got to my front door. He was rather shy at first, but
then decided he quite liked the attention and spent quite a while
demanding attention from all three of us. I introduced them to
Simon cat who was catching a bit of sun in the backyard, and then
we drove over Ellis Brook Valley near where I live for a bit of a
bushwalk around the Sixty Foot Falls. It's a bit early in the
year for many wildflowers to be out yet (in another couple of
weeks it'll be really spectacular) but the weather was great for
walking. I don't have any photos, but Britta and Dennis took some
which I'm sure they'll post when they get back. I hope they got a
good shot of me slipping and falling in the stream when I was
trying to cross it - I thought that was deserving of a wider
audience. Anyway, we had a nice lunch at the local pub after the
walk, and then Britta and Dennis dropped me at home and had
another little kitty fix with Arthur before heading back to town.
Unfortunately the other cats weren't feeling sociable - if they
didn't blink, Britta and Dennis may have seen the two black and
white streaks that were Violetta and Stirling dashing off under
my bed. Katie was nowhere to be seen at all. I don't think anyone
will believe that I really have five cats.

BTW Dennis passed his first exam and has another to do this week.
Keep the purrs coming!

A house is not a home, without a cat.

A few weeks ago my son asked me if I really did still have Wilson
when I asked what he meant , he said well he hadn't seen it since can't
remember when, Wilson always dashes out of sight when anyone
comes, except for my six yr old Grand-daughter Daniella, he loves her,
and who wouldn't.
