... over me.
Finally got round to going to see Troy last night. Brad Pitt and Eric Bana
certainly are eye-candy for the ladies. PHWOAR! ;-)

I've been wanting to see that. My long-lost and I talked about it several
times on our trip but unfortunately there weren't enough hours in the day to
fit in sitting in a theatre. Soon, though :)

Brad Pitt is *NOTHING* compared to Michael Shanks.

An SG1 fan?
I'm partial to Teryl Rothery myself, although Amanada is cute too.

I wish my Dr. was like Teryl and I would not mind being ordered around
by Major. Carter.

Well, I'm pretty excited that Spidey 2 opens this weekend. Everytime I see
Tobey Maguire I wish I was 10 years younger and lived in Hollywood.

Someone's Channeling Waffles.
PS Sorry gang, I didn't notice how old this topic was until this post. I had so
much fun with it that I'm sendin' 'em anyway.

I am so boring, I know, but I actually want to see Troy because I've read
both the Iliad and the Odyssey and was fascinated by them. Sadly, they seem
to have left out all the scheming and dealing of the gods in the film, at
least I have seen no mention of them in any previews. There's no-one fit to
play Zeus now that Olivier and Gielgud are gone... I suppose they would have
had to make two films to get it all in. Wish they would do the Odyssey into
a film, too.
OK, it doesn't hurt with all the eye candy. ;o) But the Helen is all wrong,
no way she could be "the face that launched a thousand ships".

You have a point there.
