in the Fancy Feast bowl????

A while back I stopped feeding FF and switched to Iams, and the
kitties weren't thrilled! I still buy the FF though, and feed them
some on special occasions. I guess you could read that as bribes,
since Sammy gets it when we go on rides so that she won't mind the
ride quite as much. Then when we get back from the ride Little Bit
gets to eat whatever Sam left uneaten. They both know the cheap
plastic bowl now means FF.

Tonight I decided it was time to wash the water bowl, so put it in the
dishwasher. I grabbed the closest cat dish, which just happened to be
the cheapy FF dish, and filled it with water. The girls spotted me as
I was bending over to place it on the floor and came running, no doubt
recognizing the FF bowl. Boy were they disappointed when they crowded
around and saw what was there. Oh if looks could kill, I'd be a goner!
I got a double dose of the "LOOK" ;-)

Oh, man. I've never known a cat who didn't love Fancy Feast. Yoda loves the
Roasted Chicken in particular. I still buy it once in a while, esp. when he's
not eating well. Everybody here eats Pro Plan canned & dry pretty well.
Probably not the best food on the market, but they seem to do well on it.

Aww, poor kittties. Glad you didn't get hurt by The Look. ;o)

Hoomins are so mean. ;)  I notice that Betty can hear from
"click-pssstt" of a Fancy Feast can being opened from quite a
distance.

Here, it's a sequence of "Food being opened" sounds. First, the rattle of the
spoon drawer. Then the openining of the pantry door. Then the "click-possstt".
Sometimes they come running on the first sound!
