One of my ex-tom ferals has been straining and dribbling. Looks like UTI to me. I went and got Amox. but I am going to have to try to slip it in something. Tuna or canned cat food maybe. I don't think there is anyway to catch him again. I didn't see him tonight after I got the meds. Any ideas?

Good luck!   Do you have access to an humane trap?

I once fed a neighbor's cat with the same symptoms some orange juice.
He had crystals and that changed the PH and dissolved the crystals so
he could drain his bladder. Boy, was he full!

As for the pills, how about little meatballs or coating the pills in
soft butter, then chilling it. He might just lick it up and swallow
whole after a taste. A lot of cats seem to lick and swallow whole with
their kibble.

I don't have any advice to give, but we are sending lots of purrs that you
manage to get the meds in him.

I can get my ex-feral ex-tom cat Tucker to lick Amoxicillin off a spoonful
of vanilla yogurt (Yoplait Custard Flavor, no less!).  I started him with
just a half a teaspoon of the yogurt and then squirted the medicine behind
it as he licked along the spoon --I'd then add more vanilla yogurt, then
more medicine and he learned to lap it all up.  Good luck to you!

Sorry I can't offer advice, but we will send good wishes that you can
medicate him and that the medicine works.  This is a difficult situation,
indeed.
