Some purrs would be appreciated

I could use some purrs on a couple of different issues.

First is a minor medical thing. I've had a sore throat, ear ache, and
cough for about two weeks now. It's become quite painful, and is a
constant thing. I know a simple quik trip to the doctor would fix me
right up, but I don't know when my freight is going to get me by the
doctor's office again. So some "get better fast" purrs would be much
appreciated.

Second is a more common request - Nancy and I are getting really tired
of barely scraping by each month, juggling which immediate, urgent,
must-pay-now bills we'll pay and which we will put off for another
paycheck. We're earning the lowest combined income now that we have ever
earned, I do believe. So purrs that we can find a job/jobs that will
make our bill paying a bit easier would also be appreciated.

Dan, many purrs for both of you. have you considered one of the walk in type
clinics they have? At least you could find out what is going on. That should
not go on that long.

Thanks! Yes, I've considered that, but I have the difficulty of having
this big damn trailer following me around. Most neighborhood medical
centers are in areas that big trucks can't get to easily, or often times
can't get into legally.

But it looks like I might a day or two at home this weekend, so I'll
make a trip to the doc then.

I second the suggestion for using a Walk In Clinic.  Many purrs for finding
work that uses the talents you both have and that you are compensated in
kind for them.

Purrs for much better times ahead.  Gargle often with salt water,
drink lots of water and take Tylenol.  Best of luck.   MLB

Purrs coming your way from Psycho and Mouse. I'm on disability and
having to make it on less than half of what I was making. So I
sympathize with you. Good luck!

Double Purrs, Dan, Double quick. From a person who has to be dragged
kicking and screaming into the doctor's office, I am concerned that
your symptoms have lasted so long.  Not a great sign.

I also know how depressing it is to just scrape by financially. I hope
both you and Nancy find better paying new jobs soon. Come to think of
it... I could use some of those same purrs, as I have those same
frustrations...

Feel-better purrs are heading out from Mike, who can *definitely*
sympathize, and job-locating purrs are on their way from the
hardworking office cats.
