Thanks for the purrs and prayers for my brother. Turns out he did not have a
stroke but was in extreme sepsis due to kidney failure. They have pumped him
full of antibiotics and hopefully he will recover. My sister is on the way
to see to his care and set something up so that he will have some home care
when he leaves the hospital. Our family thanks everyone who prayed for him.

Thrilled to hear it was not a stroke.  Continuing sending puss as sepsis
does not sound good.  Purrs that he will continue in his recovery and be
good as new.

Purrs for a recovery!! How scary is that? I'm glad there is a treatment.

We are sending full-recovery purrs his way - this sounds like it may
have been better news than originally expected, at least.  Your family
will continue to be in our prayers.

We're continuing to purr for your brother and his kidneys.  Sepsis is
probably even scarier than a stroke from an emergency room doctor's
point of view, but once it's treated, you're probably pretty glad it
wasn't a stroke.
