The kittens are home! They are so darn cute and fun. You would never know they
had just been altered earlier today. The incisions are so teeny and they are
simply "glued" together. No stitches. They were also microchipped (term of the
Humane Society's contract) and I guess that's no big deal either.
They have been officially named Zoey (the black and white girl) and Ziggy (the
white and black boy). They are having a blast and are both total purrbugs.
Ziggy does have a loud purr after all. As soon as you start to pet him he
starts making biscuits. They love to be snuggled and love to headbutt. They
just now have settled down to snuggle in their bed. They have been going non
stop for the past 4 hours. They love their toys and like to climb on us. They
also love to wrestle and play with each other.
I snapped a few pics (actually my daughter took them, I just took a couple a few
minutes ago trying to catch them snoozing) and put them up on my Yahoo page.

I can see these two are going to be a handful but worth every minute of it! I
am soooooo happy.

They are so adorable as is the little girl. You will have lots of fun
now. Congrats.

Where was the KFW??? They are so darn cute. I am trying desparately
not to adopt another kitten - I have all I need and can afford to vet
thankyouverymuch.
I especially liked the picture of them at the very end curled up
together sleeping and looking all sweet and cuddly.
I'm glad you and your daughter are owned again.

Cuteness overdose! Please pass the insulin!!
I love the names you chose - they definitely sound like a pair. And the
picture of Kelsey and Zoey is priceless. What ears! (On Zoey, not your
daughter. :)) (How old is Kelsey these days, anyway?)
Great pics, great kitties. Congrats!

Oh, they are soooo cute! I love how Zoey's face is all symmetrical looking,
very nice! And their ears would make Dusty proud ;-)
Looking at Kelsey is like looking at pictures of myself at that age, she has
the *exact* same hair colour and style that I had (and would still have if
it wasn't for the fact that it's going all grey so I colour it). Except
that I had way more freckles!

Lucky you! Glad to hear they were so little affected by their operations.
Zoey reminds me of Frank when he was young, but don't tell him I said that.
They look so sweet when they are zonked out. I bet that didn't last long.
They're at that age when they have two modes: full speed and sleep.
Scritches and smooches to the little cuties.

Oh, they are so adorable! They are like my Mimi (RB) and Stinky.
Mimi was a little tuxedo girl, Stinky black and white too, but more
white on his body. And the pinky nosies!
It's great when a cat is ready to come home, has no fear, and just
gets right into the swing of things. Looks like those two were ready
to be your new masters. ;)

aw, I had tears in my eyes just reading how happy you sounded, TJ :)
That little boy just loves to curl around his sister, doesn't he? I'm so
happy for you and Kelsey and the rest of the family. We will send up special
purrs for the little ones tonight.

TJ, may you, your family, and the Z's have a long, happy, and healthy
life together. May Bast smile upon you for taking in two kittens in need
of a home. And may the joy they bring you spread out to the whole world
(at least through the stories you will share on this news group :-) ).
Congratulations!

I loved all the pictures, but picture number three really caught
my eye. You have a lovely daughter, but why are her eyes shading
toward red, while the kitten's look perfectly natural.
Is that something that happen to the children of catslaves who
are obviously well on the road to being one themselves?

Congrats on being owned, TJ. It's easy to forget how kittens are all
go, with instant brakes when they tire out. Ours used to crash and nap
right where they dropped, then take up right where they left off after a
short power nap. Am looking forward to reading about them and seeing
even more pictures of them.
