I must have MUG tatooed on my forehead.
I have been adopted by a stray cat. He's a very large grey tom cat
who has pitched up in my garden looking very scraggy and un-loved.
HRFL Tiger beat him up, but he still came back. He's moved in, and I've
called him "Belfour". For those of you who don't follow hockey, Belfour
is the goalie for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and my absolute hero.
There has got to be a list held somewhere, which stray cats
subscribe to. I happen to have a "space" as Daisy, my elderly cat was
PTS in Dec and Robbie stayed in the USA. I swear these buggers just KNOW
where the oportunity is. I mean, FCOL! I'm a wildcat specialist, not a
rescue center!

DH says there's a big red X on our driveway that's visible only to a cat. They
know. They just do. Congratulations to Belfour. Are you going to keep him?
Silly question.

Nope, it's a known fact cats gossip, word gets round and hey presto
every homeless cat within a hundred miles has your address ;-)

I'm sure if you questioned Belfour (while waving a nice smelly kipper
under his nose) he would admit to being an undercover agent for the
World Wildcat Organisation.

I wouldn't know about that, we DON'T have sucker written on our
foreheads either. I think you've become both a wildcat specialist and a
specialist in wild cats.
Pam S. who's not a sucker, nope, not, nada, right yeah

Congratulations on receiving a new boss.
Naturally any "soft touch" has a special smell which any feline within
a radius of ten miles or more - depending on the wind - can detect.
May you have a wonderful life together, as long as HRFL Tiger deigns
to accept him.
BTW as a wildcat expert you ought to visit my Ragdoll, Snowball, who
despite his 14 months persists in maintaining his frantic
hyper-hoolikitten
behaviour to an extreme degree, albeit in short bursts several times a
day. Whoever said Ragdolls were a docile lot would soon change their
mind on meeting mine!
