This is the current list of items for the scavenger hunt. I tried to
spread each person's contribution out, but got tired and clumped them
near the end. I can still change stuff if you come up with more or
better items than I have here.

One item on the list you're not likely to see on your trip is a saguaro
cactus. The only place they grow naturally is in a narrow band between
Phoenix and Tucson, several miles south of your route. Of course, every
now and then I see the odd saguaro that someone is growing in a planter.

I didn't say it had to be easy, did I? When we moved from El Pasta
Texas to Sacrificial Catifornia, back in 1995, Michael was totally
fascinated by saguaro cacti. He went ballistic when he saw his first
ones along the side of I-10. After a while he ignored them, but I had
to put it on the list for old times sake. That and it will probably bug
Mike until he finds one.
Pam S. no one ever said I was nice, did they?
