I don't think he has brain dammage. That horse is damn smart. No he broke
his face all around the eye socket when he was gate schooling. Lots of tiny
breakage. It healed up well, though you can still see the scars. Nope, this
guy is the real deal and made a little history today. I can't see how he
can't take the triple crown. Really! He does win races. 8 for 8 now. He's
never lost in his short career. Every race has been a different distance, 5
different tracks. All track conditions. Fast, muddy, slop. And he doesn't
just win. He wins impressively and looks like he could go for more. Today,
he won by the largest margin in the Preakness in 129 years. Under a hand
ride. I think Elliott *maybe* tapped him twice up the stretch. Astounding.

Has he ever run the distance of the Belmont? Its like asking a sprinter to
win a marathon. But I'd love to see it happen,
