Pam,
When I was packing my suitcase for a trip recently, Rosie closely supervised
the whole procedure. She insisted on inspecting each item and then climbing
in and lying on top of my clothes. Of course, I had to wait quite some time
for her to move before I could zip up the bag. Then, she insisted on
rubbing on the bag and then lying on top, shedding. I thought that it was
quite thoughtful of her to cover my bag with cat hair so that I could
identify it easier. I wondered, though, what effect it would have on any
security dogs sniffing for drugs or explosives.

Persia didn't have to do this to me for my recent trip. She mentally forced
me, some months ago, to have luggage tags made in her image. I just *know*
something has been implanted in these tags to notify the mothership of my
goings on. ;)
