Vino learned his lesson!

For the past few weeks, Vino has been being very bratty in the mornings.  He
starts trying to wake me up at 5:30 am and chews on the electrical cords.
This always makes me wake up really fast!
I had put Tabasco sauce on the cords and that kept him at bay for a few
weeks, but then I guess it wore off and I never got around to putting more
on.  That's when the shenanigans started up again.
Well, Dennis left on Tuesday afternoon and on Wednesday very early morning,
Vino began his mischief.  But this time Dennis wasn't around to defend Vino,
so I, being the evil, nasty meowmie that I am, put him out of the bedroom
and went back to bed.
Vino was very upset and proceeded to scratch my bedroom door on and off for
3 hours but I ignored him.  When I finally got up, I let him back in and
gave him lots of pets and cuddles.
The next 2 mornings in a row, not a peep from Vino.  He sleeps on my pillow
next to my head until 8 am like the perfect little angel that I know he is
capable of being :-)  I hope this lasts!

He's a very quick learner! Let's hope his lessons are long-lasting. :)

<sigh> You are probably right, Helen.  But on the other hand, I have just
purchased a bottle of extremely hot hot sauce, so I am armed for retaliation
;-)

OK, third night in a row now of total and utter sweetness.  I am impressed

Wow. I wish Frank would get the message! But no, here we are, it's Saturday
morning and he woke me up at 5.30. It's been 4.30. most mornings. I suppose
he is honouring the weekend. ;o)

Personally I think she should take to wearing a tinfoil hat, to avoid being
taken over by mind control from the Mothership. Of course, it could already be
too late...

Well, this morning was the 5th day in a row.  I *am* starting to get a bit
nervous.  It just seems so unlikely that by merely locking him out of the
bedroom for 3 hours, he has totally changed his tactics!  I guess I'll just
try to enjoy the extra sleep while it lasts!

Sound like it may just have dawned on His Royal Highness, that Dennis is
gone, and might stay gone for a while.  That as he only has one slave
present he might want to treat that one a bit more nicely.

LOL!  Yeah, that's right!  He better be nice to me or I won't play with him
no more!
