A problem with Felix

I installed Felix and he works fine. I also installed the extras, kitty,
food, toys, mischief. None of these work, or have started working for me
yet. How long does it take before some of the extras start popping up?
When I installed them I got the message SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED KITTY, etc.
And then the program (kitty.exe) disappears. Am I doing something wrong?

Be careful with that program. I got one with a virus in it, a trojan. It should
start working immediately. I didnt' have problems with mine until I found the
virus in there.

Is there a setting that ups the "mischief" factor?

No virus, my Antivirus program would have picked it up.
There are no settings for any of the extras. Felix starts up immediately, as
soon as the computer turns on, but the extras don't come up for me at all :(

Did you get the toy box?

If you right click on the toy box you will see a menu of items.
- Enjoy

When you start up Felix, a "toybox" image should appear in the lower left
corner of your screen. Right-click on it, and a menu will appear with some
options, including "show kitten". Click on that and Felix's little friend
will appear!

I didn't have to do anything specific to get the mischief to occur, though.
Is Felix knocking over plants, recycle bins, and is he scratching your
desktop, leaving scratch marks? If so, then you have mischief!

The kitty.exe should disappear, that was only an installation program.
Everythings should be contained within the Felix II icon.

My problem with Felix has been solved. I had been running Felix1 because I
had not registered on the site. Once I registered I was able to download
Felix2 and now he and the kitty are making mischief all over the place:
overturning my desktop wastebasket, tearing holes on the desktop, etc.
Thanks to everyone's help.

Cheryl, go to this URL and you can download your very own Felix too:
www.catslikefelix.co.uk.  Make sure you register if you want Felix2 as he is
the one who is more active and has more options. Otherwise, if you just want
to try it out first, just download Felix1 without registering. If you like
the program and want to download Felix2, register and once you run the
program it will overwrite the original Felix. Good luck.
