He's not starving, or very thirsty, but he does smell dusty and his feet are dirty. However, the food I put out last night is all gone, and it's been raining all day here, so he MIGHT have been locked in somewhere for the last five days. Hopitus2 requests you consider reforming McCavity into an indoors-only dude (difficult and unpleasant, but possible), only because Blind Terrorist Rowdy sees only thru his right eye and is front-declawed to boot; because of this and the neighborhood dogs (there is no traffic here and a lake in back) I refuse to let him out on his own. None of my business indeed, but please consider this option. Unlikely, we're pretty good at getting our cats neutered round here, and I've certainly not heard any yowling. Besides, Cav was neutered when he was six months old. I think he got locked in somewhere with enough mouses for him not to get too hungry. What a relief! I am so happy this had a happy ending! Give him a hug for me please.
